Great video! It is impressive to see how comfortable you are with your avionics and in complex airspace. Can you tell me what that touchscreen navigation system is? It was so user friendly (unlike the knob twisting button mashing nightmare of some G1000 MFDs).

Beautiful flying. Remember, when flying IFR in VMC we're still required to scan for traffic. ATC is supposed to keep us separated, but they are human. With so many things to do on screens, it's hard to keep my eyes up and looking, so I understand.

In the early 60's I used to fly a Cessna 150, and the Instrument panel was so much more basic, about 6 little dials, a 4 Cyl, 100 hp and fixed gear, naturally aspirated. I imagine that you have a 6 Cyl, fuel injected, turbo (?)? All those electronics, especially the GPS make it so nice, though I haven't flown in many years.

NICE, that Garmin wizardry is crazy amazing! Back in the dark ages of the early 90's steam and RNAV and maybe LORAN in places was best we had. Easy to get complacent. Sump them tanks every FN time. Water won"t burn for shit! When In Doubt, Rule It Out!!!!!!! Cleared for takeoff! ENJOY!

Yes, we have two big(ish) airports here. KPNE is less busy and may be more convenient to your ground destination. There's a fair number of smaller airports in the area perfectly suited to Bonanza traffic that would love to sell you some fuel. KMQS, N47, KPTW and KLOM come to mind.

Word to the wise, be doubly sure you have the right airport if you are ever into Macon GA (KMCN). Warner Robins AFB (KWRB) is right next door, and they don't take kindly to visitors! ;-)
