as a female, what I like about old cars like these is that when I stick my head under the bonnet I KNOW what is what and where to look for whatever..I own a 1967 MG B, so when my son tells me that I need to look at so and so I know exactly where to look and what to do.. as nice as it is to travel, even around Australia, it is nice to have a ground base to come back to, and a home for the fur-baby..having a safe base means less stress when you need to leave Leo and know that you don't have to find someone/kennel to house him at, and that extra cost.. like others, I have come over from Max and Occy's channel, so I look forward to seeing things from your POV..good luck..

Just completed one year of Van life…from the southwest to Alaska and Canada…Nomads are a different breed and their is a strong tribal component when you meet the like minded travelers on the road. I understand your desire to stop moving for awhile.

You guys act more like family than friends, so nice to see in this world today! One last thing, when you change the sparkplugs next make sure you blow any dust or sand from around the sparkplugs. It will build up in in the plug recess in time and without thinking you can dump a bunch of grit into your combustion chamber and by the end of you first start up the cylinder walls look like they have been sanded with 80 grit and you have bugger all compression. Don't ask me how I know this...however it was the reason I learned how to fit a 302 into a Rover but that is another story.....

Omg. I have a twin to Leo. I tell people that he's a border collie but people are confused due to the coloring. I love the orange/white combo. Mine is now 13 but still acts like a pup and everyone is shocked when I tell them his age. Good luck on your new venture.
