It’s never a “cramming in” problem for us, as we clearly have massive stomachs and large appetites lol. We’d suggest going higher calorie lower volume than us though to get the cals in easily seeing you’re probably not as difficult to satiate as ourselves. Easily digestible, healthy carbs and nut butters should really do the trick for most runners who struggle to get enough in on the day to day 🙏 Every person is different though so you really just need to experiment and find what works best. There are OMAD runners out there, keto runners breaking world records, and high carb olympians, ya know? Everyone thrives on a different method and it takes a lot of trial and error to find what is best for one which may not be optimal for another. Much love!

I was vegan for 6 years up until recently when I decided "ah life is short, I don't wanna miss out on any food or tastes!", so I've be re-introducing foods. I tried real cheese pizza a couple days ago and it was so neat! Vegan cheese just isn't the same. This video makes me want pizza again soon!

I’ve been fully vegan for two years the last thingto quitqqacheese and that was the only thing I actually ever liked to eat so it was really brutal and it took me about a year and a half to fully commit to it because I’ll tell you what in my experience so far most vegan cheese is disgusting. I will say though that I have not had the opportunity to try some of the other vegan cheeses that probably could be found in a bigger city than where I live upstate New York because I have not found a cashew cheese around here mostly it’s just potato starch and flavorings and it’s not at all pleasant even if you melt it because it mostly and starch and or soy and sometimes coconut- none of which agree with my system I only quit eating cheese because it just became too taxing on my digestive system but I miss it every day….

Hello! Everything was delicious pizza. Chicago pizza is also popular in Japan. The dough is thick and it seems to be satisfying to eat. There are 3major pizza chain stores in Japan and they are very delicious,but I also want to eat pizza like DEEP DISH😋 I think the ice cream and cookies I ate on the way had a nice taste! from Japan❤️
