The #1 thing people must realize about manifesting is that we are doing it all the time. Whether for good or ill, one must control their thoughts and even more important than thought is learning how to be in a perpetual state of gratitude. For EVERYTHING that happens to us. Gratitude begets all of the other components of manifesting. I believe that gratitude is an even higher emotion than love because you can lie about love. Love is always conditional regardless of all the people who preach "unconditional love". There is no such thing as unconditional love. But you can't delude yourself about gratitude because gratitude happens at a much more organic, almost cellular level. You can fake love. But you cannot fake gratitude.

How can you go around watching your thoughts and monitoring them all your awake day, being careful that you don't think and say the wrong thing to yourself or others ? We don't live like that, because it would be impractical and mentally wearying. In this 3D world we're in, things good bad and indifferent things happen to you.. We simply react to whatever comes our way. If we worried about the potential consequences of what we think to ourselves or about the world, we'd never get anything done !

It sure doesn't FEEL like it's an illusion though. No I personally cannot control "my projection", assuming it is a projection, which I'm not convinced it is anyway. Meditation is another form of self hypnosis. Self hypnosis doesn't work for me because my mind stays blank and I can't visualise whilst in it, to change that.

Like me. I find it difficult to visualise. God decided apparently, not to allow me that ability. So then, what does that mean for me in this life ? That I have to put up with a sub standard 2nd rate quality of life ? Seems so. Where is the fairness in that ?

I can tell you’ve been trough a lot, like all of us but I think you should try to work on your mental state so you can put that chapter behind you and focus on the future. I believe that you’ll change your personal reality as soon as your personality changes. Focus on being the better version of yourself, the rest will follow by then.

@@gribwitch .... Agreed that is the hard part, because to break free means to be alone and not contributing to the illusions, ideologies, identities which divide humanity. We have to realise that unless we see the truth of this deeply in ourselves and how it contributes to global suffering, then unless we really see it we can't be part of it any more psychologically. Self knowledge (not ideology and belief) is the basis, without self examination and questioning, then we might as well stay asleep. Without understanding the process of the thinker and the thought, merely to be caught in a dogma. No amount of belief, no amount of tradition, in which there are so many preconceptions of truth, lead to freedom. Freedom, Clear thinking comes into being when there is no conditioning of the mind. Out of an opinion or a belief the mind can project an idea or an image of God, or an Ideal; but it is a projection of itself, Without understanding the thought and the thinker, there is no possibility of psychological freedom, because the maker of effort is the thought, which is the thinker. Without thought, there is no thinker; and the thinker, seeking further security, takes refuge in an idea which he calls Nationality, God, or Ideology. But that is not reality, that is merely an extension of his/her own egotism, a projection of himself. It is a projected righteousness, a projected respectability, and this respectability cannot perceive what is true.. Reality is something much wider, much deeper than the projections of the self, and after all, your identity or belief is a projection. Our ideas are self-projections, whether national or religious, and the following of such projections is obviously the gratification of the self and therefore the enclosing of and the mind within a belief and identity therefore causing further isolation and conflict, inwardly and therefore globally...

@@gribwitch Like robert said all what he said is true , he says what I think but cannot articulate as good as him , only recently am I able to see through the illusion of whats going on , i cannot put it into words as good as robert but I would definitely highly recommend these steps to put simply, get rid of all distractions (video games, pornography, drugs, tv, social media, delete youtube for some time, quit sugar and junk food and start excersising and meditating daily , aswell as this you need to stay away from people and I would say just be on your own in a room or someplace where you on your own in nature or anywhere, like litterally on your own with your thoughts , it may be uncomfortable at first because your brains been fried and conditioned by the world since a child but you must do it to get in touch with your soul, at some point you may realise that your whole life is a lie and its a program your running on, and it isnt your program its someone elses , you will realise that you can litterally sit on your own and you have to go through your mind and question everything you believe and why you believe it and you will be able to remove all tha programming and the prejudices, old habits and old thought processes, you need to remove those things that you believe that dont serve you and you will see once you remove something then your whole world changes before your and then you will know that you and everyone are running.on a program, when you change your mind the world changes, the world is simply a reflection of you. Its your world and your in control , change it and remove the things that dont serve you, you need to know yourself.

But yes, they are created by the infinite awareness that you are unknowingly a small portion of. That’s why other people do not exist only in your imagination and you are not the only person that exists. All is manifesting itself constantly from an infinite number of focal points, which you are one of them. As long as the awareness is aware of something, which happens simultaneously from an infinite number of focal points, this something gets manifested.

purity in life is important, pure clean water and air keep us alive.plants, clouds, animals etc are pure. they are good and clear of pollution, so they are all connected to the oneness of spirit. been around nature heals because of this purity.....thats why we love been in nature. people sadly get polluted and this seperates them from the spirit....so cleaning in theraphy is a way back to purity.

No I don't agree with what you're saying, Poli. All my three main problems I DID NOT CONSCIOUSLY CREATE. Outside influences / people did. I know this 1,000% for certain. Yet I am stuck with having to put up with and suffer because of them. And don't tell me to " let go" of them. If it were that easy I wouldn't still be in this situation. Deep seated chronic problems cannot simply be wished away.
