THANKFULLY, as you'll see in this vlog, we were able to restock many of our *normal large family grocery supplies* BEFORE all the craziness really set in. NOTE the stock up on the toilet paper was my normal 4-6 week stock up for our family who is already home full-time. I just know someone will be concerned about that so I'll go ahead and say it, 😂 lol! I WILL BE DOING MORE REAL TIME UPDATES HERE instagram.com/jamerrillstewart on Instagram so be sure to follow me there, too!!

I'm so glad that you was able to stock up before the frenzy started. I went to Aldi's today and everything was limited to like 2 per person. And half of the things I went for, was already gone. We have 3 infants and toddlers here, so I guess it's back to washcloths and our cloth diapers.

I’m going to make a suggestion for the front loader washing machine...prop the door open a little after using, do not keep it shut, or it could possibly cause mold. That’s what I’ve done with my front loader for over 10 years and have had no issues. I also clean the rubber seal, around the drum, once a month to keep it from molding.

This is a good practice. My brother cannot see very well so he runs in to the open door a lot. A dry (not soft or plush) old clean towel inside can work too, if you have to keep the door closed. It just absorbs the ambient moisture

I am in Florida and things are looking so strange at the food stores. I went to several stores on Saturday, Sunday and again today to find toilet paper. When I was walking out of Sams today I just happened to ask the gentleman when were they getting more tp in. As luck would have it, they were putting a pallet of tp out on the floor. When I got to the back of the store the pallet was almost empty. Luckily I scored one pack for us and another for our daughter and her family that live in another town and couldn't find any. Sometimes you just get the toilet paper and it's a win. Glad you are moved in and I am so sorry for the lost food in your freezers and refrigerators. Love your property, the kids seem to really enjoy the new home. God bless you and your family.

You should have your husband install a “water cop”. It’s installed on your main water line and you have several wireless water sensors that you can put under you washer, hot water heater, dish washer, kitchen sink, and anywhere there could be a leak. When the sensors detect water, then it will automatically turn off the water to the house a alleviate a lot of water damage if something does spring a leak, even when your not home or asleep. We also have a wireless panel in the main part of the house so when we leave for the weekend, go on vacation, we push a button and the water is turned off. Lifesaver and priceless!

I live in Clarksville, TN.. actually Cunningham which is literally 2 minutes outside of town lol... we have no paper products here really... a few napkin packs and what not... I am a CCMA and my husband works on base at Ft. Campbell and if his company decides to shut down or the base goes on lockdown, hes stuck and no income at all... Thankfully its just me and him and our doggo Riot and I can cook meals that we can extend... My 3 kids are out of the house and they are ok... My husbands daughter is back in England where he is from... he has no family here other than me and my family... his mom is elderly and not well... Yall stay safe and we will get through this one way or another!

Jamerrill, you and your family are doing such a great job with the new house. The colors you have chosen are lovely. Love the colorful rug. The pops of color in the kitchen from the pioneer woman collection goes lovely in your new kitchen. Thank you for letting us see it all come together. Beautiful family.

A bench in front of the bay window is a great idea. I wish I could have a large bench, the ones that the seat lifts up and have plenty of storage. Love your new home.

My grandmother had a family of 10 kids, during the war era. My mom, the eldest of the girls (6 girls, 4 boys), is 75 now. Anyway, grandma had the 1st washing machine on the block. That thing got used all right! But for the kids it was entertainment watching all those clothes tumble and get clean. It was like watching TV. They had never seen such a thing before. Imagine those times. :)

Most will but you’d have to make a claim & pay your deductible. 😕

I have to say I'm impressed with the work being done.. if you're going to do it do it right the first time. Love it.! You are so lucky that your old man takes pride in his work... Everything I see on your channel is an entire family being trained to be thankful for everything that is provided for them... With even the smallest things

I think every family needs at least one card table! We use them to play games whenever we have parties or family get togethers! Oh my goodness! Can you claim the food on insurance? So much $$!!! Can you teach the settings on the dryer? So high!

So sorry to hear about the freezers!,, such a loss. Also, I only have a family of 5 and we have two sets of laundry machines! It’s the best investment of time gifted back to you! Put another set in the garage!

When I first saw you’d lost everything my heart dropped, so glad you restocked before these issues. With so many children to feed it gives me happiness to know you will have enough. Also have you thought about using tile paint on those bathrooms? A bit of white over the pink and they will be so much brighter!
