Buy your own place and not need to go through a lot of rental drama situations. If you have your own place, you can do with it what you please. Plus, when you come home from overseas trips etc, you return to your own home. And if you decided to live somewhere overseas for a while, you can rent or lease out your own place. I love the weekend bags you and your mom had in the campaign, I didn’t see any information on it? I had a lovely weekender bag that I bought at Joseph’s many years ago, the shape and the size was the about the same but it was made from a carpet like fabric. I lost it in a fire 3 years ago and I will never be able to find it again. Those bags reminded me of it😔

Such a shame about the apartment but losing this one means you’ll just find a more perfect one in the future. We lost a house with a gorgeous view of the local river and then we settled for our current house which didn’t look very exciting to start with but actually now we’ve put our stamp on it it’s perfect for us and I don’t miss that other house at all.

Hey noori, I absolutely love the plan for an aesthetic apartment and buying for investments is super secure...I want to do the same thing. I was wondering if its possible to turn your self employment into a company structure (llc b Corp, s Corp not sure the UK equivalent) rather than self employment for more on paper security? I completely relate to this but, I would include some of your clients who sponsor you as part of the application because while you may not have the length of time your clients do !
