Pity you threw away some of the best parts ( Fish Sauce ) you could cool and freeze for stock could make a difference in your next fish recipes 🙏❤️ just a suggestion. I use for mine for soups which I call a fish broth dress it up with ginger, green onions garlic and some baby bok choy 🥬 delicious 😋
