Sorry to trouble you my WE MP7 gbb came in I put it together and I’m missing a bolt locker is that a big issue if I use it still

should not be an issue. You only use the lock bolt function but it should work.

4 years later, still viable! on a side note, do you know if shortening the spring will make feeding a problem? in theory you could squeese in an extra BB or two if you got some off of the spring

I think it may be with the right spring. G&P/Kingarms have stanags that holds 50bbs

@@peter11256 thats probably a different design. i doubt that 50bbs would fit even with spring removed.

@@Ropetable it may be a different design, but spring physics still aplies lol, just tried cutting a bit of the spring in my vfc mag and it is now fitting 40 bbs, feeding normally..

Uh chief that (block useless piece) is the bb follower that doesn’t all the bbbs to go INTO the spring, so now the mags will rarely let the bbs in the spring and jam the mag

I need to ask because i love the look of the pmags but are the inners interchangeable? I've got some co2 mags at the moment and they don't do them in co2 that i can find which got me thinking if they would be swapable.

If you mean, that it doesn’t lock the bolt, that probably means, that either the pin on your magazine, which engages the bolt to lock is worn out, which is pretty common, or the bolt catch itself does not work. An easy way to check it is, that if you pull the bolt catch out while having the bolt in the far back position, that it will hold it in place. If it does, it is worn out on the magazines, if it doesn’t, it is worn out in the mechanism.

​@@DrivingAndMusic this video literally tells you how to take out the piece of plastic that initiates the lifting of the piece that causes the bolt to lock back. Therefore the bolt will no longer lock back when empty when you do this modification.

probably. But I'm not a fan of .308 mags. Too big and useless for airsoft. They only give you headaches when trying to find mag pouches.

Maybe. Not sure how much gas they can take. However I don't think 5.56 mags have a small reservoir. In any case, best is to optimize the gun to be more efficient.
