Congrats on launching your new products! They look great! From the replies you've made to other viewers, it looks like you are also in the process of creating more backpacks? I've been searching for one but haven't found anything that really fits, which is why I'm still using my current old backpack. I'd love to have one where there's a separate laptop/document compartment, a good sized main compartment, two water bottle holders on the side, at least two quick access smaller compartments on the front, luggage passthrough, and a hidden smaller compartment for passport/hidden cash/second wallet. This would be a daypack size so maybe something about 23L. If there's no separate laptop/document compartment, I'd love for this pack to be foldable. I know this is almost like a unicorn backpack, but I'm hoping that the more I speak about this unicorn, one day it'd come true!

I really like the backpack, I just wish you had an option for a sternum strap. I get that a lot of people don't feel the need for one on a daypack this size, and you want to keep the bag looking clean. I would argue that a 22L pack can easily get heavy enough for a sternum strap to greatly help with carry stability, and there are ways to make it removable with no hardware left behind. Other than that, I agree with all the minimalist design decisions.

May I suggest addition of 2 more unzippered pockets and pen holders in the main compartment in front of the tablet sleeve. When travelling, need an open visible dedicated easy access easy reach place for things in the main compartment. Without rummaging through the the mix in other pockets 🙂

This is great, and, I think, just what I’ve been looking for. Only one thing makes me hesitate. While the back panel appears comfortable, it doesn’t seem to allow for any ventilation to the back. I like the ETP but still a miss for me. Would've been perf if it had double zips and a functional handle or at the very least, a finger hook/loop. Even the most minimalistic/portable tech can weigh a lot. It's bulky/awkward to handle such a bag/case esp when you're pulling it out of a stuffed backpack. Or picking it up... esp for small hands 😅 I love the pencil case though 😊 for my fountain pens.

Will you be making one that's for work/gym? The aesthetic of the Aer dufflepack is really nice but the capacity and functionality feels lacking for both cases in my opinion. And while the Built for Athletes Pro Backpack seems like a good option, there's barely any review on it that came from those that purchased it (they're all promotional reviews) plus we mostly would of course prefer something that's more sleek in design

Combines the good elements of other great bags on the market, but at a fraction of the cost! Bellroy Classic-like silhouette and considered features; Minaal-like sleek materials; Evergoods-like yoke pocket and simplicity. The laptop looks a bit snug to get in and out. But that seems to be a challenge in almost any bag that has no separate laptop compartment. This wouldn’t deter me from choosing this bag, though. I think separate laptops compartments have more drawbacks than benefits. Thanks for innovating and sharing!

Something on the front of the bag or side. I like to swing the bag around on my shoulder and grab small items like keys, AirPods, hand sanitiser. I don’t like taking the bag all the way off to get these items. It’s a just personal preference, and the way I use a backpack for EDC. Other than that, the Rushfaster backpack looks great and so the tech kit and pencil case.

There are two teams here, internal and external. But the reason for the internal bottle pouch is because this bag is primarily designed for work. We feel that external water bottle pockets aren't such a good look in most professional situations. Our adventure gear will most probably have external bottle pouches.

You can't make a perfect backpack... And internal or external bottle pockets are neither good nor bad. It all comes down to the use case, should a backpack for this use case have an internal or external bottle pocket? Once we identify our answer to that question for that use case, we then go about designing the bag for it's intended purpose.
