I think it is, I find myself disappointed a lot of times when he's still playing and I see that the video only goes on for another 2-3 minutes which spoils it for me that he will lose the game and I will lose excitement, it most definietly is useful for a lot of people

No, I had counted both heroes. But since you asked I checked again so here it is : 29:27 8 targets, 2 of them are heroes, which is 1/4 chance of hitting a hero. So to hit only heroes 3 times in a row would be 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 (1/4 cubed) , which is equal to 1/64.
