as someone who used to work in a gourmet ice cream shop where we made our own in-house waffle cones and i made dozens of them from scratch almost every day, watching them struggle so hard to make them made me feel significantly better about myself knowing i’m finally better at making something than josh and trevor lmao i have no idea what was going wrong with theirs, but my best guess was a combo of too much liquid and not being cooked long enough, ours were always already a bit firm coming off the waffle press and rarely stuck like that. i don’t know enough about baking to know what makes it firmer off the press but. they needed more of that. that and the cheddar powder that probably didn’t help

Not gonna lie, I would absolutely try these if given the opportunity! I was pleasantly surprised with the Van Leeuwen Kraft mac and cheese ice cream when I tried that, and I imagine they probably have a similar flavor profile. Honestly I think it's probably hard to go wrong with a sweet and salty cheese combo (e.g. apple pie with cheddar & Chicago style popcorn)

I have very fond memories of Drumsticks. My Opa (grandfather) went through a Banana Phase for… reasons. Maybe health? Unclear to this day. But for a year or two, EVERY dessert my Opa made featured banana. Took a whole-ass year. My Opa who had a PhD could not figure out that we were all OVER his banana desserts. We had dinner with my grandparents 2-3 times a week. He STILL never put it together. ANYWAY. The point is. Drumsticks: the dessert my Oma kept in the freezer for when my sister and I inevitably refused the banana desserts.
