Funny thing is, if it had technician it'd be a pretty solid choice band sweeper in low tiers. 135bp multihit move from a Pokémon with 120 base speed, even with the bare minimum of 100 base attack it'd be enough to get things done. Do yeah the stats are kinda bad, but the lack of useful abilities is what actually kills it.

I was using Wugtrio with Weakness Policy Palossand to give it +2 in SpAtk and +6 Defense with Water Compaction in Reg H. Then you use Final Gambit/Memento with Wugtrio to get a better Pokemon on the field. It was a dumb strategy, but I liked it.
