Grilled food is not necessarily healthy if it is laden heavily with sauce all over it. Porridge is also not “healthier”/“healthy” per se as porridge produces a higher glycemic

The issue I have is that healthy food is generally more expensive than unhealthy food.

@@boltshippudden6778 but for people who can't afford healthy foods, what are they supposed to do?
@boltshippudden67784 жыл бұрын
@@finlikeonafish9899 like what our parents did.. buy the best possible quality ingredients on budget you can find in season .. then cook at home. that is how many families have done it. it requires smart shopping and planning ahead for healthy recipes.

Everything in moderation. What is good for somebody may not be good for others. Just don’t eat too much of what is known to be “healthy” food. Quantity and satisfying cravings are equally as important to look into.

Nicely done. A good day of eating. I eat a lot different than this, but nice on the personal preferences. I think Chow has a pretty good handle on diet and exercise.

Is that sausage I see from the noodles? Don't know if it's considered healthy.

That duck porridge with full of gravy isn't healthy at all. High in sodium ... if you can change with a chicken porridge will be even better!

Lol the way they cooked the egg noodles at qiji is like cooking maggi. With all the powder packs pour into the soup. Saw it with my own eyes. No thanks please. Ill stick to the popiah. At least it uses fresher ingredients . The only thing that is healthy in this video was the salad stop ofc minus the dressing. If you empty the whole dressing in your salads, it just defeat the purpose. “No wonder healthy food is more flavourful” haha if this video is solely for HPB “healthier choice logo” then okayla they met their requirements of a sponsored video.

I quite like the vid, but gravy and/or porridge, are both unhealthy. I hope to see such vids steering towards healthy/certain diet will be month-long endeavors (rather than 1 to 3 days), to really allow viewers see the difference.
