We made the FAMOUS MAC & CHEESE | Macaroni and Cheese RECIPE

Hello everyone!
We wanted to get off to a running start for Season 2! And here we are with an ambrosial recipe that will make your water mouth!
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome MAC & CHEESE!
Today we're inviting you to meet this recipe, which was born in Italy but grew up in the USA.
INGREDIENTS/REQUIREMENTS:
Half a box of pasta (Kraft - Macaroni & Cheese)
-For the cheese sauce:
40 grams or 1 full tbsp of unsalted butter
15 grams or 1 tbsp of flour
240 ml or 1+1/4 glass of milk
180 grams of grated cheese (type is optional)
Salt
Pepper
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg (optional)
-For the top
Grated cheese (amount is optional)
Spicy panko (optional)
