It’s a more agile and dare I say more fun than my krake raken to me. Love my krake and above balis but the vulp has me feeling really happy with flipping. A good balisong really helps with progressing and really enjoying flipping. The vulp is great for the price and even not considering price. I went for a pink with black blade that rivals the best of the standard trainers. The color is so cool I’ve been picking it up with my krake raken. Tune and feel isn’t as indescribably premium but it’s a similar enough comfort. Hope you enjoy balisong. Go through beginner tutorials on big flips channel. They’re the best

As an owner of a vulp. This thing is wild. Its only my second balisong (my first was nabalis's g10 trainer lol) It feels so nice and I've been able to learn a lot of things on it. Even some harder tricks such as the chocker fan, behind the 8 ball, z chocher, reverse behind the 8 ball, chaplin and so much more. I actually love this thing and rarely put it down. Thanks will and brandon for getting me into this hobby :D

Haven't had to touch up the paint nor the nail polish. Its my most used bali Trainer... With my red and black mako second

I live in germany, getting a good Balisong is very hard here. I cant afford a squidindustries trainer because the taxes and shipping costs are too high. There really is no good Balisong in germany. Thank you for this amazing bali, love your videos.

I started getting interested in balisongs when I first bought the Valorant 2022 Champions skin bundle in Valorant and it came with a balisong with cool animations. I was like "hey that's pretty neat, I wonder if I could ever do that", but I didn't really _look_ into it. Then, someone made a balisong knife asset for VRChat (and I heard they got feedback from you!), and that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I said "fuck it I'm buying a trainer". I bought a cheap $10 trainer off the "local eBay" and started learning stuff from Big Flips. It's not a great trainer, it has a lot of play and the balance is very off (I find it extremely difficult to do chaplins or any tricks that require spinning), but it's something. And then I found your channel. Out of all balisong channels I've seen since I started last Saturday, yours is the only one that's as enthralling as it is informative. I love the humor in your videos and I also love how much effort you put into them. The Valorant knife and the VRChat asset made me start the hobby, sure, but it's this channel that's made me genuinely care about the hobby and _stay_. I'm looking to buy my first _real_ trainer and I already have some options in mind (the Krake Raken, the GLIDR Antarctic, and of course the Vulp). I just wanna say thank you for helping me get into this hobby and thank you for making videos that are super funny and also super informative.

I have always been a fidget toy kind of guy, but I live in Canada so have been hesitant on risking even getting a trainer. A buddy I play cards with, owns a Vulp, and he let me flip it for about 2 minutes.. and then I NEEDED ONE! So i got myself a purple one off amazon, and love it. I love it so much I was overprepared for the Vulp Pro drop, and picked up a red and black one the second I could add to cart. Needless to say I am hooked, and doing my best to not throw these GORGEOUS knives on the ground. I love them, Thanks again guys! Can't wait to see what comes in the future!

I am a Skeptical flipper who loves flipping but despises the crazy over inflated prices and drop bs. I bought a vulp and it's a solid buy for 65 bucks. Great aluminum trainer. I've been carrying it for two weeks now and it's a joy to flip. I'm not crazy about the looks. But the design is effective. Not crazy about the chevrons or wills logo but it works! Others will love the design. This is a pretty sturdy knife considering the materials used. Really appreciate the t10 hardware. Pretty neutral with a very slight handle bias. I usually like a heavier handle bias but this trainer is one of my favorites for feel. Solid buy from a guy that has put alot of work and love into the community. I hope it's profitable for him. I wish I had thus trainer when I first started. I threw my money away on a more expensive trainer that didn't flip as well. At least with this price point your heart won't sink everytime you drop it. Perfect for beginners and a great beater for vets. Not a fan of the lubricant though. Mostly a preference really. I didn't get the cool little orange bottle either will!! Lol. Pull the trigger you will not be disappointed.

Just got the christmas version this week as my very first bali, and it hasn't left my hand yet. I've heard complaints about tap and play, but mine came with zero of either. It's possible this is due to it being a limited run mixed handle version where additional care went into assembly, but it's absolutely perfect even several days later of nonstop flipping. I can't believe how fun and rewarding it has already been to start the hobby. And even if this is the only bali I currently have experience with, I'm convinced the value is unbeatable for a starter. I also love how the safe handle is green and the bite handle is red on this one lol I see several posts regarding Will designing a more expensive knife, which he should do, but I think it's more important he also walks the opposite path and continues to reiterate the Vulp and manages to improve both the quality and the price. There will always be endless piles of trainers/knives that cost hundreds of dollars. That doesn't really do much for the community, and we'll never run out of them. But high quality entry level knives that are legitimately affordable for all? That moves the needle. Thanks for bringing me into the fold with your videos and wonderful trainer Will and Brandon

For me living in germany, the prices of trainers like squid industries can be double as expensive as the original prices including all the shipping costs and tax. I did buy a mako which I really enjoy, however the price is just not manageable. Thanks to you I ordered myself a pink one for a really reasonable price because that's my favourite color! I also plan on buying multiple ones in the future to one support your work of fixing the hole I had to deal with too when I started, and two to combine the colors like you suggested :) I think this is a wonderful idea and a blessing to the whole balisong community and I am very thankful for it. This is my first balisong and I am having a great time with it I even managed to do a small combo from over the thumb roll and throw it up into the ice pick and it goes infinitely from there. Really enjoying this having hours of fun I love the trainer and want to learn more tricks.

I was really skeptical about the Vulp after hearing about peoples issues with the pins coming out and tap. But I Bought one anyways just to try and I have to say it blew me away from what I was expecting. I've been flipping it every day for a week now without an issue, no tap at all. Maybe it's because I have the latest version with less issue? But I flip it over my Mako now, it feels better to me. So it's amazing deal for the price. I absolutely love mine. I Also I got mine in black and it looks super clean. The black makes the carved jeweled patterns pop out even more.
