I feel like Ashley getting turned on by teaching people has to do with what Jake, from last episode, referred to as her ‘origin story’, of being kissed on the forehead in high school by her crush after fixing her computer. The roots run deep.

As a person that was raised in a dysfunctional/neglectful family, I too feel that dread and distressing feelings whenever people have to part ways and grow apart etc. I even feel that when couples split up and I'm just like: but the love is thereeee, whyy. I recently discovered this podcast (like 3 days ago recently) and I already got attached to your dynamic duo energy and I'm here mourning the change. But, as always, this too shall pass and I'm sure you will eventually figure things out, hang in there untill the emotions regulate!! Also, I wish the best to Kate and I plan on binge watch all her content when I finish binge watching yours ♥️♥️♥️.

This was one of my favorite episodes of the pod. So funny, genuine, vulnerable and honest. I’m 22 and just moved to my first apartment alone, and am starting a new job soon. I related soo much to Georgia talking about how your mourn your past and your adolescence in your early 20s, especially as a queer person. I came out after my teen years and I feel constantly behind my straight friends in every way. This podcast comforts me so much and gives me queer mentors that I don’t have in real life ❤️💕

Omg i could literally make a podcast of all the things I want to respond to your podcast. First of all this episode was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I have not laughed so hard in a long time. Ashley please don't worry about being in this in between stage of the pod, it is still fucking awesome and we will definitely love the new host, and the also the BREson right now. Also I love what you said about queer people being more open to talk about their less active sex life than straight people and how that might be a (part of the) explanation of lesbian bed death. Lastly (this feels like a schoolessay lol), Georgia thanks for being vulnerable on the podcast. It is so so relatable

Been with my wife for 10 years (married 6 of them), and there's no such thing as lesbian bed death, I can tell you this.
