My mum had me at home too literally on her bed! She had no problems either. I am interested in water birth thou. I heard that babies born underwater sleep way better. I don't know if its true, but a friend of mine had 2 babies, one through a water birth, the second one she had him at hospital. Her first baby slept so well. She was surprised about how much sleep was she getting even if she was expecting to not sleep much for a year. But the second baby is having trouble to sleep. I wonder if it is actually related

Congrats and enjoy. Everyone thinks you’re going to stay in Costa rica. But I see it’s El Salvador. Makes more sense. Costa rica was pretty bad during the pandemic. Basically everyone got vaxed (minus the tourists and people who actually did research). Vax was REQUIRED for all children to attend school (what a shame), as well as for all corporate jobs. I know because I have been and have many friends there. Now I am curious as to what life in El Salvador is like and what their medical policies / pandémic enforcement is like. You went to envision pregnant - that’s pretty badass. Hopefully you caught my boy Ces Castro if he was performing. Uvita is cool, Dominical is the next big come-up for sure. I got the low on a big development in the works.

I am sorry, specially for a pregnant woman, you started your day with coffee which is a liquid drug and puts your body in stress, then, you ate plant base breakfast, without any saturated animal fats, protein....etc to help you and your babe to grow. You bought lots of man made vegetables which all fiber, and low nutrition. If I was pregnant, I would eat steak and eggs for breakfast, with lots of butter. You should eat eggs, meat, liver, dairy, fish....etc, not empty carbs and plant base fibers. Again, coffee is very toxic for body and stimulate adrenaline in body which is very bad for your babe, Basically coffee, puts your body in fight or flight mode. There is this doctor called CarnivoureMD who also lives in costa Rica, he has very good short videos, and other videos, you could look, to get better idea. Please.
