I watch the players, make my own assessment and write it down. Then I dive into a day or two of research and more or less refute or accept my initial assessment and fine tune it once I've done the research. Then I put the video together (graphics, clips etc). The stats just help to emphasize whatever point I'm trying to make. But it changes based on the player/subject. For example, for this video, I have only watched a handful of Leipzig matches this season, so the research was the main component as I did not trust my own assessments to be accurate.

I think his best position is a mobile forward, similar to Mbappe. He's best when he has the ball when running, but can also create and pass surprisingly well.

Fast , technical, Ambidextrous... When you have Mbappé who played Left wing , right wing and number 9 and a guy named Dembélé who came back to his football... Just imagine how versatile and lethal could be this attack in the following years... I m french, i like the Mbappé Benzema duo and i know Griezmann will be in the starting roaster at least for the World Cup for what he did for this team and the relationship he has with DD Deschamps.. But when his seasons and the lack of synergies with the 2 others will make him loose this place our attack will be fire
