Very interesting new first part video, reviewing Highlander 2. I actually love the first three films & the 2007 anime film, The Search for Vengeance. but the rest, not so much. I'm definitely looking forward to part two. :)

Wow that intro music gave me 80s childhood flashbacks. I automatically knew what programme it was. I guess the music to Picture Box would've been deemed too creepy 😂 The term, you can't polish a turd, fits perfectly well with the many recuts of Highlander II. I remember having a pirated version of Highlander 2 with the fantasy ending on VHS back in the mid 90s, and back then I thought it was laughably bad. I bought the region 1 DVD of the renegade version back in the early 00s, thinking that it would be an improvement on the theatrical version and it was still shit. There is nothing redeemable about that film, it's not even so bad it's good, it's just bad. Unfortunately, I think I've seen this more times than it deserves.

Brilliant comments! Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Part 2 will be next Friday. Yeah, I fancied a slight change of intro for the new season. And seeing as the show is about nostalgia, I thought that this particular piece of music was ideal. As far as Highlander 2 goes, I have now seen it more times than I probably should, and multiple different versions of it, thanks to putting this review together! Would you be interested in seeing us cover more of the Highlander sequels?
