It's working alright after do my wuwa dailies I login to PGR and surprisingly 😮 The game cooling is so good and I'm using a laptop. Bruh cyberpunk 2077 heats 98-100°c Wuwa is normal at 70-80°c PGR is always less than 60 like 50-55 °C temperature. 😂 and I said to myself am I taking crazy pills here

As an old PGR player, the game is in a nice spot where if you play daily and claim most of rewards for the summons, you're able to get all the characters per update... But the keyword there is daily, the game though has a lot of QOL to make it easier to do the daily grind, but it kinda gets really tiring after months of doing the same thing.

I arrived at some point when I just did event stages on autoclear, cleared daily and weekly, and kinda ignored the events. Slowly coming back to it, I got a goal to get and I gotta save up

I just save up serum ahead of time so I can get auto available quickly into an event and minimize my event time. Skip story content too until I'm in the mood to sit down and read this story for hours (currently seven months behind). Honestly, I treat PGR like any mobile game. Once it becomes incredibly pay to win or difficult to keep up with the content I'll just leave and play other stuff.

@@alexanderlloydmendoza979 Pretty much. I was playing Opera Omnia before PGR, and I got tired of having to work so hard to keep up with characters/gear. The fights were at the point where you had to follow guides, do trial/error a bunch, or have all the featured characters to win. So I stopped and focused on PGR. PGR now isn't horrible, but to me it is becoming more monetized. Free S ranks aren't the same as Transcendants/Uns if you're going for weapons/CUBs, and many characters have key features tied to their weapons. Players are spending more in BC annually now than they were before. The game will eventually hit that point that other gacha games get to.

Alisa echo is free , just like Ayla Kaleido . All you need to get is the signature weapon . It’s not 100% compulsory to get the cub . They are just some slight damage boosts . Get them if you want to , if you don’t have the currency , then don’t.

Im still playing PGR over Wuthering Waves 😅 even though the content is pretty much the same each month. 2.5gb update each time and away we go lol. I do LOVE the pc version though. The controller support is really good. And standard button setup is great.

There's something you said in the video that's actually true. There's a lack of people making content talking about the game, PGR has a large community, but there are no content creators talking about the game, it's kind of funny. The game itself is already sustainable, but it ends up giving the impression of being a "dead" game. Only it isn't. For example, I'm loving the WUWA community, everyone is commenting and talking about the game, new characters, literally anything that comes out about the game has 100 videos on KZbin talking about it. It gives that feeling of community. And this is really lacking in the PGR.

The thing with content creation is that it can start with two main paths. Variety or Niche. In your case, picking a niche means you gain a dedicated viewership, but the moment you drop that niche, the audience gets "alienated" and splinters, which is a risk. However, considering your thoughts (pun not intended) on the matter, I think it's best to do what you feel like doing on this channel - YOUR channel. Engaging in content that you cannot afford, whether in time or money and then feeling pressure, will absolutely kill your drive to keep creating anything. Keep having fun Connor!

All good, time is limited (something I wish gatcha games respected more) and you should pursue the game with the larger potential for the growth of your channel. Personally, I tried WuWa for like 4-5 days and when the dailies came around, I immediately remembered why I quit Genshin Impact and reassessed how much time I was spending on gatcha games. It pushed me to drop WuWa, FGO and another gatcha game leaving me with only PGR which I only picked up about 6 months ago. That's saying something given that I've been doing dailies in FGO and the other game non stop for over 5 years. I imagine gatcha game makers need to be very careful with balancing how many chores they add to a game because when they tip you over your limit, it leads to a mass purge like in my case - 4 days with a new gatcha and I suddenly drop something I've been habitually doing for 5 years 😄. PGR is the one exception for now since I appreciate the music it has and I'm still awed by the combat animations. But we'll see how long that lasts. In retrospect, Wuwa's only chance of grabbing me was if it had a plot as good as Baldr Sky (as a cyberpunk comparison) but that was never going to happen.

I did find u via PGR, but that mainly was becouse i was new to the game and there are't many PGR creators out there. But i was done with the game by the time WuWa came out, mainly becouse the storytelling got confusing(when to check out wich side story when where in the game??) and some of the gameplay in it(not the combat, thats great!) being very primitive even for gacha games of the current age. I'll check out the anniversery update but that probably will be it. I truly hope they give PGR a massive revamp with some the money from WuWA couse it definitely deserves it. As for u Connor, just do what u want to do, nothing is more bad that a content creator forcing a smile on his face doing content he does't want to do.

I do feel you when it comes to PGR, being a year behind CN is something that is kinda killing the game for me. I love this game and I love what’s coming up. Understandable, quit and/or break of the game for April-May then came back but didn't do events till 3rd anniversary. The grinding is slow pace, ranking farming, and too much materials for a character. You dont get anthing good logging in, you have to login everyday to get to good ones or when there's an event.

Dude, you became a staple in PGR global community. I don't know if you're aware of that. While I love ma bois Spider2B, Chandragon, Rexlent, and the others, they primarily focus on guides and boss fights and both of streaming. While PGR CCs like you are rare! Like diamonds in the rough. Another channel is Gray Raven Radio doing PGR commentaries and video essays. And some few lore channels. Like that guy who made a summary of PGR lore per chapter (forgot the name). I'm here for you and your PGR and WuWa content-wise. But would love to see some variety as well. Gotta be honest though, I'm tired of seeing content from any Hoyo game. It's so oversaturated. 😂

That's the gacha life man. Maintain and keeping up with 2 or more gachas need rigid schedule. Noone should blame you if you lose interest or wanting to branch out. You found success from PGR but that doesn't mean you have to tie yourself to it. personally for me its fantastic, but it is a story driven linear game that uses pings to activate your skills (3 red/yellow/blue depending on the spot that character in your party is in), story gets pretty dark at times which I love (sometimes all this sappy hero saves the world can get old at times which PGR is not), personally taking a break from it myself as it is hard to juggle 3+ gacha's and work 12 hours a day but I will get back to it,

If excitment from being behind in pgr cn, just dont look for them actively too much. If you still plan to make pgr content, its rlly your choice on making latest cn stuff or global stuff. Balancing your content creation and your own enjoyment for pgr(by not going in deep in cn stuff) is critical overall. Personal enjoyment of the game should be your priority, its what will fuel your passion and if trying to get ahead by getting in on CN content breaks your passion, then you should just not do that or play the cn version too

@@Nakirakira some buttons you can’t like you can’t invert X/A being back/cancel and O/B being confirm which irks the ever living hell out of me. Plus I couldn’t figure out a mapping or find someone else’s mapping that felt comfortable. Example X/Y/B being some skill combos then then LB and the same buttons just felt awkward. If I found a mapping that really made sense and fluid I’d be happy to try the game again but for me controls just felt so awkward and unfamiliar.

Oh, those early days before your wife kicked you out of the bedroom while streaming.. those were the days 😛🤣I also have not logged in with PGR since the release of WW.. maybe just to peak to see what's up but no gameplay. I rocked that game for 3 years but I burned out on the grindy/farming. They kept adding farming modes like the addition to the dorm while ignoring everything else you've farmed. I also grew tired of arena style gameplay. Wuthering has the amazing combat as well as world to explore which is really more me. The PC port is still rough, no 4k full screen consistently and not sure why it only work sometimes. PGR was truly made for mobile, the port was disappointing which led me to still play on mobile. Bonding with Kuro on PC is more my jam so WW it is! PGR character design will always be peak and hope they will do the same for WW. In PGR, I came for the character design but burned out on the gameplay, nutshell.

the reason i quit PGR cos of hard fomo, also the game seems f2p friendly but imo its not. first of all u need to farm daily everything to get 1 S char per patch but the catch the different between sig and standard weapon or 5* is so huge and hard content with time limit, also pets a huge thing aswell and it require BC aswell. its my opinion the game has issue with fomo and pay 2 have fun, if u are f2p and not lucky the game wont be easy for u

There's nothing wrong with shoe-horning yourself in one direction because it opens doors to collaboration with the developers themselves. Covering and making content on Wuthering Waves is good, but you shouldnt be bricking your PGR content either. Covering both games can open doors to work with Kuro directly. It works for Rexlent and you were somewhat popular since the niche isnt competitive. It was so perfect for aspiring content creator to get a piece of this pie and hold on to it while extending the reach towards some other games like WuWa. I also fail to see how PGR is hard to sustain, i myself play like 6-7 gachas daily actively while also being a somewhat of a content creator for one of them and working full time. I am confused how you struggle to maintain 2 games as a content creator. It is what it is. All in all my opinion is that you should rethink your choices depending on your goals.

I like WuWa but I have no interest in watching people's WuWa content, none of the content people make is interesting unless their name is Rexlent. I'm sure you make wonderful WuWa content but I'm not interested in the game enough to make or watch WuWa content.

I noticed this a bit in other CCs comments section, but there is a weird wave of "insecurity" spreading around a section of the PGR community. Some of them bash WuWa 😅 claiming PGR is superior of a game (out of nowhere). Meanwhile, those same people will also gatekeep by saying PGR players are "the real WuWa fans" as if everyone else who likes the game is just a poser or something? It's a dance between acting superior and arrogant towards others versus having a severe inferiority complex when people compliment WuWa for something. I wanna emphasize, I don't see this happening often enough for this to be a large portion of the PGR fanbase. Most PGR players are very proud of WuWa and are very welcoming. But, it still happens enough for me to recognize it happening as a bit of a trend. Anyway, I like your content, Connor. 😊 Most of your viewers (including me) are here for you at this point. Looking forward to seeing more content, whether it's PGR, WuWa, or otherwise.
