A Pilot Blog channel was abandoned for a long time. I have decided to transform it into my daily Vlog Activity. Concentrating on improving. Body and Mind. There will be also the aviation related content published. No worries.
It is up to you to watch those videos or not. I want to film them because I need motivation.

There has been (and still is) a lot on your plate with all the changes in your life in all respects - that is diffucult to cope with, lots happening around you, with you and your family, plus the general state of world affairs is less than promising atm - so it's not surprising you got off the path (it happens to the best of us), but don't be too hard on yourself. It's a good idea though to pause and take stock of everything and then start to re-calibrate the system 😉. You got this and we'll be your sounding board in this. My gradpa worked for TAAG flying the 737-2 in Angola, he had to run away with the family because of the civil war to Portugal and was never able to convert his licence, it's a hard decision but family comes first, I wish you the best!!!

Dennis ( in Swedish )! You're Ukranian, You're a pilot and You're a nice character. Living an unhealthy life is not good for the future. My age is nearly the double and my life is not in much order either.... Your reports from the war in Ukraine are watched. I suggest keeping it that way. Cut off most, or all, of the world wide reporting, in order to lower the workload. I know how fun it is to publish new material and too often the entire night is used for editing, uploading, commenting etc. Give physical activities and healthy eating, and family, more time!

Hello and thanks for restarting here. I just watched the touch and go's for your first solo in a small plane. Looked a bit of a squeeze in there compared to the big jets. You sound a bit like you are beginning a mid life crisis - 36 is around the younger end (a war does not help delay it) and all I could say is enjoy the ride. I may have said this on the other channel that we all need to do what we need to do in life so double thinking it later serves no real purpose. If you had to make your decisions again they would probably have to be the same. I had not kept abreast of aviation much over the last decade and my experience in private flying and very limited. Watching the other channel got me into watching bits of the pilot blog one and got me interested again. Australia has an organisation for kids called the Australian Air League (bit like Scouts) which I was in when I was at school. While my portly self (110kgs) would stop me fitting into at Cessna, my young daughter would. So I got her to join the local Air League Squadron. She is now interested in flying!! Don't know where the money will come from but it will ... The Air League's motto is 'A Vinculo Terrae' (Free From the Bonds of The Earth). Regards Jeff

Denys, a suggestion - I don't really understand how the financial side of Youe Yube works, but with regard to your channel reporting on events in Ukraine, if it wouldn't hurt your income too much, maybe you could do, say 3 normal-length videos a week, and if anything particularly surprising happens in-between that you feel cant wait till the next full-length video, then do a short 2-3 minute video just on the surprising thing that has happened, and don't do the overall situation at all in the short one. I have no idea if that is practical for you, but felt I should suggest it. Your health, and time with your family, is more important than us getting updates on the situation in Ukraine every single day! I'm pleased to hear that you recognise that you need to look after your body a bit better, and if watching vids here of you trying to tackle that problem will help you, then I'll happily watch them! I'm in my late 60's, have had huge amounts of stress in my life, tend to be a comfort eater - and like playing computer games. I've gone from being skinny when I was your age to, well, frankly, about 20kg overweight. If I had known all those years ago what I know now about the problems being overweight causes, I'd have tried harder to get more exercise back then. It's tough, but I believe you can do it! Your video here about Mriya inspired me to create a half-size Mriya in Kerbal Space program several months ago, and she's the best flying aircraft I have ever managed to create in the game! I was really upset when I heard about her destruction (the real one) when the Russians invaded.. Thank you for making me aware of her, and I am sure that one day Mriya 2 will take to the skies over a fully free and peaceful Ukraine. Slava Ukraini!

Hello, Denys. Nice to see you! I have listened to what you have said here. Has it occurred to you, that however much it might not seem so, to you, you are traumatised, man! Your country has been invaded, you found it necessary to flee your country for the sake of your family, and you have actually lost friends, fighting for the freedom of Ukraine. So, don’t be too hard on yourself! I know something about what I am saying here, as I hold professional qualifications in psychotherapy. You like motorcycles, and you are used to riding on the roads - so why not try cycling, for exercise? A lightweight, all terrain bike, that would enable you to ride off road too. If you did that, say three times a week, it would be good exercise. There’s no need to try and cycle fifty miles per day! Just build yourself up on short bicycle rides, to start with. I have oxytocin deficiency wgibj feels awful, my anxiety and depression have relapsed, and overall I just feel like laying in bed and crying because I want to be held. Good news is I’m graduating from trade school in just over a weeks time. I plan on getting an apprenticeship in the masonry Union and when the war ends I’ll come use my skills ti help rebuild and perhaps sets down with someone and start my own family. Who knows I understand how important family is. Without my family I would’ve unalived myself in 2015 when I lost my best friend. I also understand what your love for Aviation feels like. Aviation is to you what hockey is to Me. Anyways wishing health and positivity to you and yours. Glory to Ukraine!

Hi Denys, I think you are doing a good job in your other channel, by stopping russian troll and spreading ukrainian version of the war. You are doing your part in this war like Starsky or Max. As a suscriber I have to say this war is taking too long. At the begining I reachead your channel because I like aviation too and in the same sense I would like to return to the times I got into internet to look something about airliners.
