Ive been BC free for like 6 years. I use the Daysy fertility Tracker and im married. Ive never had a scare and have become so much healthier. Also, Hormonal birth control completely depletes you of B vitamins which might be why you feel tired. Look into taking shilajit, celtic sea salt into your water etc. You need minerals!!

you are obsessed with food bc you’re under eating your body is sending u signals that you are food deprived and it’s trying to keep you alive. food isnt a scarcity and if you have food rules, control what u eat and demonize things it only makes u more obsessed. mental hunger: eat ! u have unconditional permission to eat and if it results in weight gain it had to happen. its unhealthy if you restrict, have rigid habits, categorize food, feel guilty for eating, compensating or earning/burning food. like the body you have through all this and ignoring/skipping/demonizing mental hunger isn’t the body you’re supposed to have. if you don’t eat and listen to your hunger your body will eventually want to catch up and then you but because your body thinks food is a scarcity and is in a famine so it needs to get as much in as possible because it fears that you won’t allow yourself to eat again
