Just a few considerations: A) your current public is 95% DI so you will experience a serious drop in followers by abandoning it (me included, for example) B) if that game fails (and many games do), the first thing they will cut is you and I am guessing that the contract they proposed doesn’t guarantee revenue/cover a minimum amount of years they must keep you under contract C) if that game fails you have lost your DI public AND their revenue

Always love the transparency brother... Open and honest has always been a trademark of your brand and who you are as a person. You and I and Scrappy have had conversation about YT money, and directions that any Content Creator can go. It always comes down to what "the money" fills. Often what we do either fills The Waller, or fills The Heart. Obviously filling the Wallet is important, but there is going to be a trade off here; and the investment you've made around the community. You'll make the best choices for what your Family needs, and hopefully this family will support that.

He said the same thing LOL 🤣 I do have other obligations such that I couldn't be as dedicated as the many CC that are already out there. I rather put in the hard work of connecting dots, reading tea leaves; and making connections. I then pass off the knowledge and let them share it out. But then Echo and I can have the interview like what we recorded yesterday morning... all of which was validated in the Forum post that GhostSignals put out a few hours later. I don’t play DI but I do drop by occasionally to see how you’re doing (good memories from the Clash of Clans days). If you feel the time you put into it is just about to pay off stay with DI. It doesn’t seem like it ever became a big deal and never will if you ask me. If Darian is looking for you to come onboard at his new game I’d take it. He seems like the most trustworthy person I’ve encountered in the industry. I’m just a player but that’s my perspective.

A few points, though. 1, You gotta what's right by you and your family. 2, Will this other game provide the same, or better long-term enjoyment? 3, You have certainly built a marvelous community here. Is that something you'd be willing to give up (see #1)? 4, You're a great content creator. Based on your other game channels, do you think you can replicate the type of community you have here? 5, What would that mean for the blizzard partner program? And 6, If it falls through, can you reverse course bk to DI?

If its a mobile mmorpg you're signing with, those types of games typically dont have a very long shelf-life, and your sponsor might end up dropping you once their game stops being relevant. If the game is considered a competitor in any way, beyond it being another game, then they are looking to buy you off. That's not good because it will be short term thing for them unless you lock them into contract and even then they will just burn you when they are confident that your coverage of DI is done.

I think you should get in touch with the marketing VP of Blizzard and present your case transparently; ask for a counter offer. You provide vital community support and also provide Blizzard with consumer retention. You also encourage sales, and you have now reached the point where your leave would cost them significantly. You can get at least half of what the other titled offered; use this as a leveraging bargaining chip. This game is the only game I’ll play. I don’t have time for any other game, and I’m committed. You pretty much are too, so get your money up bro! This isn’t a lost opportunity at all. It’s now up to you to use it correctly. 👨‍💼

I put DI down for months. I then came back to it and started new. I then watched a few of your video guides. I really enjoy and really like the game. You jave been the go to guy that has inspired me to play it. It is a game to were you can have Fun f2P. If you do spend a little it makes it a little more enjoyable. There really is no game like it. I've played immortal since launch it's a great game! They need to fix charms, pets and start having more f2p friendly events. Doubt it will happen anytime soon we'll just have to wait for more updates. As for pvp we need BG that's free of legendary gems and gear based only.
