I've been a Dental assistant for over 20 yrs. I just recently this past summer stopped to manage a Dental lab. I enjoy ur videos and I agree it's been so stressful. That's part of the reason I stopped assisting. We all understand and we'll continue to watch when u post again.

No. I don't make the crowns or dentures or anything I just manage. I enter and bill all of the cases, make sure the technicians are on schedule so none of the cases are late getting back to the drs, I talk to the drs when they need to relay something to the technicians. I do miss my patients so much but I love it! I love everyone I work with and I'm not on my feet all day running around and being in a management position its more money.
