this game is so much fun. it's competitive but it doesn't seems like i'm playing magic or something like that against someone. it's more of a relaxed competitive game, if that makes any sense. lol

Perfect sense. It's amazing what a simple shift in theme around player objectives can make it give off a different sort of vibe.

Is this a deck construction card game, or do you buy prebuilt decks?

The first. It's a tcg, so you buy packs to open and build your deck

There are 6 different starter decks you can play with, but with boosters, deck construction is a part of it.
