In my area, most courses are cut out of the woods. Trees everywhere. After the green on alot of holes, it just goes into the woods. A little more wind or less spin than you anticipated can turn a good shot into a lost ball. Pretty frustrating actually.

Go check out Hammock Beach’s Conservatory and Ocean courses. We stayed a few nights in late May, and the Conservatory course is the longest and hardest course I’ve played, and the Ocean course was just as nice and played stupid long with wind.
