I love all the B roll in this video. I really enjoy seeing all the cool stuff people bring out and you never get to see it that much in other videos. The other competitors were some of my favorite parts of the FSM movie for Drag Week. Anytime you get to tag along and aren't fielding your own car, B roll and maybe some driver interviews with some non KZbinrs would make for some awesome content.

I dunno, maybe they could just go back to a normal clutch? Might not be quite as nice to use as the slipper clutch, but it did used to be a 8.50 car when it still had the mantic clutch.

I'm with you, the stick seems to cause more problems and an auto would fix most of them. However, if he went auto and fixed all those issues then he runs out off struggle bus content and if the car was too good and too consistent then there would definitely be a handful of racers protesting him at every event just because they think he has a KZbin advantage.

gotta be careful with them rookie throttle whomps. We had an engine on a run stand at school and we were all taking turns running the throttle and functions of the engine. when it was this guys turn he hit it full throttle and the engine was just on a run stand no trans just the flywheel. it instantly shot up to over 7k rpm and the teacher was like holy crap and and grabbed the throttle instanly.. suprised the thing didnt shatter into pieces in front of our faces!

I suppose there's probably no way you can run a turbo on the hemi in this gasser class? Drives me a little crazy how much of a drama it is to try and run the blower on the street, although that bolt on throttle body below the supercharger sounds like it'll make street driving a little nicer. But maybe if you could just bolt on a pipe that runs from below the throttle plate to the other side of the supercharger, and remove the belt, then you wouldn't have to change the throttle arrangement to drive on the street without the blower. I dunno. I suppose it would probably pretty hard to remove the rotors from the supercharger entirely each time, probably not an option? I dunno.
