I'm afraid that you have changed the final gear ratio too much. That car was running a big paddle tire with a large circumference. Now the circumference of the track drive sprocket is the effective tire size.

That snow rail looks truly legit! I love it. You should come racing on the snow. You might get spanked by some of the truly fast snow machines we race up here in Canada, the country that invented snowmobiles! (Realize that BRP, Bombardier, Ski-Doo and Rotax, are all Canadian companies. We have a long tradition of hot-rodding and racing snow machines. The world record was recently set for the 1/8th mile at 4.35 at 166 mph...on pavement with a 15' rubber belt for traction and no front wheels... Snow machines here are usually raced on snow, but we also race them on sand, turf, even water - yes they can cross water given enough power. 1000+ hp ! Hell Yeah Brother!

Shattered my pelvis requiring rods and screws and spent over 2 years in the hospital recovering. I have my own place now, but I can’t go out like I used to. My only concern is the drive pully for the track is much smaller then the tires so you're going to have a pretty insane gear reduction and might not get enough track speed for the deep powder

Reverse 1 of the fans so you get some heat in the drivers compartment and put a soft cover over the engine compartment to keep the snow out of the intakes

I'm go'nna call it at 5:09, the limiting factor will probably be the lugs on the tracks. The shore (hardness) of the rubber is made for a SxS with maybe 300 hp at the most, so i'm guessing the lugs will bend too much under power.

Next step for the rail is to see if you can hydro plane/pond skip that sucker. Not sure if it will work since most hydro cars are 4×4 but who knows might get it to go with skis on the front and big enough paddles in the rear.
