Zoysia is no joke, I've got it in my front yard. I saw the woman that used to live next door to me walking around my yard one evening so I went out to say hi. She was embarrassed that I saw her but said my grass felt so nice she likes to just take her shoes off and walk on it. I told her i didn't mind at all and she was welcome to walk on it any time she wanted. Made me feel good that someone else noticed it and could enjoy it as much as I do.

If you want to stress test that stream on Friday, having it being entire open and free is the way to do it. You'll hammer it a whole lot harder than if only us paid folks watch it. If it survives the entire sub list, then it survives a normal stream demand.

That is a good idea to load test. That said it will triple the data transfer bill. In those events the connection issue is usually not from the edge servers to the user but from the location (FF) to the source server, latency/packet can drop depending on the ISP.

Cleetus! Look into setting up a level 2 network layer. Basically if one router goes down, it’ll failover to a backup router automatically, keeping the stream live, if it’s not already set up that way. Multiple ISP’s are good, but don’t rely on a single router.
