Congrats on the new baby, Garrett! I'll comment as a recent second addition father a month ago, seeing my oldest (4 year old boy) meeting his newborn sister, is a magical moment like no other. There will probably be very few other moments in your life that'll pull heartstrings like that, soak in all of Rip's moments checking in on her and wanting to help feed and bathe her, and definitely let him help and feel like a real big brother, you won't be able to wipe the smile from his face
