their fried chicken drop alot of standard. last time was very nice. their slaw is awesome so is the clam chowder. and their fries last time was superb too

I love ljs but problem is all their outlet have different standard. Also their food are best eaten pipping hot and fresh. Once it becomes soggy it's abit gelat

Actually my experience is that different outlets can give very different quality. Like for example I’ve tried outlets that overcook the mains such that the fish & chicken batter is rock hard and dry. But I have also gotten perfectly cooked ones where the protein is still moist.

Always preferred eating the Fish items (e.g., 1pc Fish, Spicy Dory) from Long John because of how soft it is overall unlike the Chicken Items. And their breakfast menu is delicious, especially the cute little hashbrowns!

I personally really like the Long John Silver but I think that your should it eat when it was first serve because if you left it too long the taste will be different. Furthermore, different outlet have different standard of food given so may be the outlet your when not really good.

Haven't ate kfc for years cos standard drop a lot chicken very dry - Jollibee is good alternative but I usually prefer grill to fried so I love long John grilled cajun chicken 🐔

LJS is a childhood food; sch mates and i would be very excited to visit LJS after sch. The fries is da best among fast food as it comes with the crispy crumbs. Probably your generation not excited over LJS 😅. LJS is great for its fish battered, hershey’s chocolate pie, fries, clam chowder, garlic bread. Do try it when it’s piping hot! If still don’t like, maybe it’s the “era” that u guys didn’t manage to ride on liao 😅😂

LJS is fast food - obviously it's going to be salty. You can't review it for how healthy it is. Why would you even review the corn and coleslaw at LJS let alone rank it an A? P.S. The 2pc chicken meal is honestly decent and generally, the chicken pieces are quite tender. The spicy chicken is better / feels less bland than the original. And their fries used to be one of the best amongst fast food chains - i think the standard has dropped.
