Salamat! Not sure if this vid came on my feed because I just joined up to Nirvana but absolutely love it! Did you get a chance to partake in the classes as I think this is what makes Nirvana stand out from all the others.

@@enlightenmentseeker1689 yes!!! How good are the group sessions :) I’m friends with the trainers so that was almost a requirement. Sadly I didn’t get to vlog tho shame. Next time! Did you do the classes?
