Was there in 2022… and learned no S…not St Johnsssssss ! The day we arrived, so did 2 other cruise ships…needless to say, there was a severe shortage of taxis. But one Syrian taxi was so compassionate of me with my dad in a wheelchair. He called a neighbor who had a mini van. The neighbor showed up in his family car.. stowed the car seats… loaded us and the wheelchair for a lovely day seeing the sights. He told us how wonderful the government had been welcoming the many refugees. They had a special neighborhood of housing…bi lingual teachers at the schools. He even drove us through their area ….

Nova Scotian here , i recognized a few of your stops, all cruise ships arrive into Halifax, beautiful city. Noticed the pier, it also looked like you film the Cabot trail, Caoe Breton is beautiful this time of year. Though male moose are in heat this time of year and they get aggressive, many roam around Cape Breton area so you gotta be aware of your surroundings. The video with the scooters i couldn't say where that was filmed though I'd assume St.John NB. Great KZbin channel my friend, keep up the great work.

Back in 1980 when I was 9, my family spent the majority of that summer in Halifax, NS, (father's job). I had lots of fun and still have great memories of that summer; I've always wanted to go back. I've also been in Gander, NF, but just for a 4 hour layover on my way back from being deployed to Iraq in 2009. I, for one, would love to see what video footage you took of your trip there to see if I can recognize any of the places you guys went. Did you go to Peggy's Cove?

Have you ever considered putting an empty pallet, pallets, under the hay bales in the feeders. This would eliminate moisture coming in contact with the bale and elevate it as well so the horses would consume more before replenishing. This might also work in the new hay barn to reduce hay in contact with the ground.

Joel we have had a similar issue with the New Holland we use. The first time it was a bad connection at the solenoid we took it off and cleaned it up and replaced the wire connections and that fixed it. The second time it was a safety switch at the gear shift and we made a jumper wire to bypass that. Good luck with it.

@bige.3474Ай бұрын
Since us real mechanics told you a long time ago that it wasn't the starter, are you ready to listen to real troubleshooting tips? You need to troubleshoot the start circuit. Possibilities are battery, neutral safety switch, fuse, and solenoid. I can't see if the solenoid is built into the starter which would eliminate that. Load test the battery. Standing full voltage is 12.74 Volts. Turning the key, the voltage should only drop one volt. If your voltage drops below 9.6 volts, the battery failed. There is a fuse in the start circuit. It may be a flat one in the box, or it may be a round inline fuse. Bypass the neutral safety switch or use a meter to check continuity. The easiest thing to do is bypass everything by connecting a jumper cable from the positive battery post directly to the positive lug of the starter. That eliminates pull starting and tells you if the battery is good.
@bige.3474Ай бұрын
I'll add that the key switch is also a possibility. If this problem started right after pressure washing it, you most likely induced the problem with water. That's why I always tell you to not store the tractor outside. Water is a killer on electrical systems. Even if the water is gone, there could be a blown fuse or corrosion on the connections.
@79PoisonBreakerАй бұрын
Oh. I just remembered going through a similar event with my former 35hp tractor about 10 years. the starter would not engage due to the clutch sensor going bad as the clutch needs to be fully depressed for the starter to engage. Have you checked the clutch sensor?
@79PoisonBreakerАй бұрын
I just bypassed it with a jumper wire and until now forgot lol

I wonder if you separate Rocky and Buster completely if they would change there tone's after a month of being away from each other, you would think if they were separated they would start to miss each other and maybe accept each other more when reunited as there own little pack you might let one into the cows field as they normally get along well with cows and or other live stock just not predators they tend to kill them.

I'm wondering and maybe it's just me thinking of coincidences but the problem began right after you put the new lights on. Do you think it might have something to do with the new lights and the wiring with those lights maybe then short circuiting something. I'm just thinking out loud here
