Hi Carlo here, it is true, it was a great happiness and excitement, because I was finally able to express myself at my best, but I was not excited "only" to return to Italy, but I was also very happy to have found many new friends, very warm welcome , discover new beautiful places, eat delicious food, meet other people, traditions, in short, I was and am happy and excited about so many things, it was a fantastic journey, and a great enrichment for my memories for my heart and soul! 😁😍😘

An interesting stopover with delightful friends. Castles by the sea and a marble beach, what a way to have a last stop before home sweet home. I know I'd be thankful for the trip and being back in familiar surroundings...a sigh of relief. So take a few days to de-stress and return to normal. Un abbraccio forte a due!

What a beautiful journey you had. I can’t wait to visit Vicospano one day…it’s not far from where I’ve purchased my tiny Tuscan house, which I’m yet to see because of the pandemic. Lovely Nicki just wonderful - I watched your hole trip and loved the scenery, the stop overs etc. Places to defintly visit on our trips down to Provence that is for sure, and I can always share our places for you to visit next time. We reside in Provence from April - November, within the limits of the 90 day rule, for now, but will be applying for residency soon. I would be lovely to meet you in person one day ! Oh "Casa Colomba" looks like a lovely place to stay. Last time we were in that area we stayed at a hotel in Montecatini which was a beautiful spa town and we loved it. If this pandemic passes and we can travel again we plan to do London to Rome overland and will pass by this area so have saved the details. The beach of marble is amazing there, I guess it is close to the Carrara marble mine east of La Spezia. The Amaifi coast is lovely, we haven't been to Positano but have been to Capri, Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento, so we have had a taste of your beautiful area. Its nice you can both be together more now and travel together.
