Doing MUCH better! Had a second operation back in May that seemed to do the trick this time, along with daily stretching 👍

Adventure Adrift ty yoga fixed my back but it took 6 months. I still do it and my back has never caused issues since.

Glad your back is doing better Tye! I am a fire fighter in Portland Oregon, and I know how back injuries can change your life. It took a series of four surgeries over 4 years for me. the final one being a fusion to get me back to 100%. 👍

I was looking up the price of Makara on yacht world, it kept dropping pretty regularly. Then I lost interest and later that boat was unlisted so must be sold now. Van life is not my thing, I'll check up when sailing starts.

This channel is about us and our adventures, wherever and however we make them! If they're not all your cup of tea, no worries - that's totally fine! For now, the van was just a little side adventure, like we said, we'll be back to sailing vids in no time. And we hope we show how to make van life sustainable... It's all about how you do it, we agree that's it's busy out there and people need to be more responsible with their rv/van life!
