The classic dish Broth Hornby is made by simmering vacced trotters and sweet potatoes (skins on) in sparkling rosé. Make sure to keep it on the hob until fully cooked, and add more rosé as you go. You´ll know it´s done when you acquire dog-vision when sampling it. Serve the broth at +37°C.
