After weeks of work at our abandoned stone cottage in Ireland, we finally have our temporary off grid home finished (well almost, is it ever?)
This week we complete the woodworking projects with new double entrance gates as well as some much needed landscaping additions and some much needed off grid lighting.
Lou has the new DJI portable power station which will be excellent for vanlife, road trips, camping and most importantly for us right now, off grid living.
Now that we are settled on our off grid land, we can really start to focus on restoring our 200 year old cottage, you don't want to miss the next video.. walls should be coming down and ive a feeling there will be stone fly everywhere!

Good day Emily, Sunday’s come round again. Marvellous opening sequence tell her, she’s good….and congratulate her on the gate! You both have done such great work in bringing your back yard together. I would suggest that the little animals will eventually join you around the fire watching the movies. When we set up outside watching movies and BBQ we usually find evidence in the morning of where they settled behind us, getting the warmth and checking for left overs. Enjoy your labour of love. ❤
