Just incase nobody knew this Paul Anderson the actor for Arthur Shelby was arrested not too long ago he’s been struggling with drug addiction for a long time and he got caught with some pretty serious drugs. Pray for him as he has so much talent that he could use for good 😢 love him in this season though there’s nothing like season 2 Arthur

It's minor, but Pollyanna is definitely a name. There's a children's book with that name that Disney later made into a movie.

It's also a word for a person that is blindly or foolishly positive.. someone who's optimism is illogical, given their circumstances. The term came from 'Pollyanna', as it's about about an orphan with an unjustifiably optimistic attitude. 🌈 the more you know!!! 🙃

I love how completely unfazed Tommy is when a gun is pointed at his head 😂
@H0ldTheDoor6 ай бұрын
I guess in his mind it’s not about the threat of having a gun on him it’s about who’s holding it. As in if he knows you aren’t shit then he knows he ent getting shot 😂

The Peaky Blinders are big fish in what's considered a tiny pond in Birmingham, London at this time is THE big city that attracts people from all over the world. London's population at this time was roughly 7.3 million, that's huge for this time. Tommy has no clout or sway in London and is definitely not respected because the "real gangs" are in London. London is also the political and economic center of England so it's kind of crazy to other people that Tommy is so passionate about London.

Lizzy is one of my favorite characters. I can't wait for the next episode! My favorite frenemy is introduced! Tommy has no limitations.

Polly’s real name is Elizabeth as polly is an old fashioned nickname for Elizabeth
@SnailHatan4 ай бұрын
Dunno how the hell that makes sense, but if you say so
@sarahkelly4734 ай бұрын
@@SnailHatan it really doesn’t make any sense, but it’s true haha. A bit like how Peggy is a nickname for Margaret 🤷🏻♀️

Polly broke Zuff! We don't normally see that kind of reaction from the poor guy.

Great reactions guys! Love how quick you keep uploading this show

Polly is so out of line. Esme doesnt deserve the hostility/disrespect given to her. All Esme did was look out for Polly and she got a knife held to her neck. WTF Poll? Its been 2 years since Esme became a Shelby and they treat her terribly when she made valid points.

From my memory it was explained in this episode what is happening, basically the IRA wants Tommy to be their lap dog and do “tasks” (assassinations) for them. That’s why he was “chosen” Cambell is in on it as seen in this episode. Their “man” in Birmingham is Tommy thats the reason he killed that Eamon man because he was told to do it by the IRA. Incase your wondering why he accepted its because they are WAY more powerful than The Peaky Blinders, like an ultimatum “do this or you all die”

I heard them mention a second channel.. maybe the anime is there?
@mynameisnoonesbusiness44886 ай бұрын
Yeah, anime is generally boring for a lot of the audience of this particular channel. It might be a generational or cultural thing. Nothing beats the best of the best of real actors delivering top quality performances in real productions developed, directed and produced by a whole cast of other performers and skilled technicians and directors after years of planning and production. It’s so much more vivid and enjoyable to watch.
@changinlooks16 ай бұрын
I have tried to get in to anime so many times and I just can’t. I think I’m just too old it’s a generational thing. Can’t get invested in cartoons
