It is race week once again! Recorded early in the week, we are in Adelaide preparing for our outdoor debuts at the Australian National Championships. This episode features a bit of race preview and insight into our psyche's going into our big return to this meet, as well as bunch of updates about the eclipse, Boulder power outage, and injury updates from our beloved world champion, George Beamish. Whelp, haven't sorted out how to watch the race despite signing up for a bloody 7Plus account. Doesn't seem to be on Athletic Australia's KZbin like last year's. Alas. Good luck, lads! I'll be cheering y'all from afar while I sleep, and checking the results in the AM when I wake up!

Good luck this weekend!! (Also, both Garmin and Apple let you store songs on them. BUT, also, it is disqualifying to listen on headphones. Can confirm-cannot get Word Athletics certification of your times wearing headphones. This includes marathon. I guess they think you’d be listening yo coaching during the race. I mean, imagine hearing Dathan in your ear for all those 5K laps . . .. )
