I was just 17 when I sat next to my dad as he fought. Now I’m 41, and I felt 41 then too. Just like in your video, I adopted the belief that I’m built to handle what I was designed to handle, and therefore, nothing is beyond my ability to cope with. I used to think I was the oldest 17 years old alive, but really, I was just the smartest. Wisdom gained through tribulation cannot be forgotten, but it can be shared.

Wise words, my friend. My dad died when I was 19 and yes, it changes us forever. Losing him made me realize for the first time that anything can happen at any time. But we are still here, as we are meant to be, moving forward and making our way. Painful as these things are, what I'm left with is a deep gratitude that I was granted so many years on this earth. Some were good, some not so much, but keep em coming, eh? ☺️✊🏻 As long as we're alive, anything is possible ❤

I already saw the video where you told us all that your dad passed away, but seeing your dad in this video made me feel proud to sort of know you. You were the one who took control of the situation you had with him in the early days and turned an ugly thing into a beautiful relationship and made it work in a way that was good for for the both of you. Lot of people are just empty words, they run out when things heat up. Not you. You made your choice, which in the end made at least two people's life better and you stuck to the words you speak. Thanks for being that example.

Definitely I tend to agree on benefit of a full wrap around, but most folks (we've no wrap arounds here), would claim the reason I observe the absence of a wrap around handle is simply because I'm so novice. And if I knew what I was doing, I wouldn't need me, no wrap around. That's the argument I get, but still I'm not buying it. There are times depending on a situation, you want to stand a different way, pull chain sometimes, or not. You can tell with a tree and a situation when it does ask for something different, and it's a pity there is that limitation with a huge number of saws out there.
