We're HALFWAY through this Sketchbook! | Yay!

I am finally at that halfway point of this sketchbook! I wanted to do a larger painting with gouache so what better way to do it than a halfway spread!

I like it when the focus is on OCs; I found myself being drawn more to these kind of videos. Nothing wrong with fanart, but that's just my opinion. I also find myself enjoying the process of sketchbook illustrations as well; more relaxing not having to worry about how to finish a piece. 😊

Waaaaahhhh Hansuke!!! I swear i feel silly bc i fawn in awe over him every time i see him, but he really is the cutest 😭♥ This spread is so cute and cozy feeling!! It makes me wanna stay in lol 🤧 I definitely relate on the sketchbook thing, i feel like i've gotten more in the habit of "how can i make this look more interesting" when in reality just pencil alone for sketches can feel and look so nice imo ☺Also your graphite drawings are amazing!! with one look alone I'm sure people can tell you really enjoy doing them ^^

I am not gonna have an aesthetic sketchbook, I’ve already accepted that but I’m still trying to get out of the mentality that my sketch book needs to look like a portfolio. That sketches and messes are okay. Basically avoiding aesthetic as well😅 it’s been a process But you have been pretty inspiring and I love any and all of your art
