Congratulations guys! My husband is a girl dad x 2. Both our daughter's are now in their 30's and I'm not sure how that happened so fast. Alex, you'll be great and they will wrap you around their little finger so fast. Oh Carrie, I was soooo nauseous and had morning, noon, and night nausea and vomiting into the middle of my 4th month. I lived on the mashed potatoes in the Swanson frozen dinners packages and I tried every cracker on the market with no success. I could not stomach the smell of any food and hubby had to fend for himself. Then one day I woke up and realized I wasn't nauseous like magic. After that I ate anything that wasn't nailed down and gained 43 lbs with both my pregnancies. Now I know that sounds like a lot, but I was pretty thin and so my GYN gave me carte blanche to pig out. The minute I delivered the weight just dropped off to my baseline weight. I think breast feeding helped too. Your both going to be fantastic parents.
