I’ve only followed you since you’ve come back to NZ..and really enjoy your content . So, for me, I’ve loved watching your journey of making a home base here for your whanau. Thx, it’s awesome to see what can be achieved when one is determined and open to learning. Please keep up the homestead updates, so much negativity in the world so it’s inspiring to watch a young family overcome the obstacles of settling in a new country and making the best of it.

Ok Alex, that was not fair cooking that breakfast over the coals. I swear I could taste everything and yes we could hear your stomach growl along with my own. I am thoroughly enjoying this phase of your life and just keep on doing what your doing. I love the shot where Lanka looked like he was patrol. Too cute!

Hey Alex! Miranda here, thanks for choosing my question to answer :) Your advice was actually what I really needed to hear and was so deeply wise. I'm in my early 20's and this was fantastic to listen to! I'm loving the outdoors content its awesome. Your channel is such a good place to hang out at, and I would be interested in that masterclass you were talking about! Sendin good vibes from the Central Coast of California (ps loved your video you made on the central coast, ca too! it was so awesome to watch you guys explore around the area that I call home!!)

As a Kiwi living in Brizzy, those are real eggs, orange in colour unlike the eggs we have here which are pale yellow....and has to be refrigerated! Eggs in NZ dont live in fridges, cooking outdoors, and fishing will be great. Do you still have your motorcycle, as a motorcyclist myself chuck a snippet every now and a again would be great. Loving the vids of you and the whanau. Stay safe. Cheers.

We love our farm fresh free range organic eggs, those were from my chickens. More content like this on the way. Unfortunately I parted ways with my motorbike about a year ago. Just not using it enough and tough sell in this chapter of life. Worry not, I’ll certainly buy one again in a few years time

Just started watching your posts, well presented. Incidentally, your part about fairy homes is interesting as in most cultures have similar stories, in NZ Maori mythologyIn Māori mythology, patupaiarehe are supernatural beings that are similar to fairies and are said to live in New Zealand's forests and mountains. Regards Peter.

I’m sure you know this already but roof colour has a huge impact on temperature regulation. If you want to stay cool in the summer go for the lightest colour you can get…

We have chosen a light grey color which we like and won't attract too much heat...
