I grew up with radiant heat. It is usually the boiler that's messed up, but not the entire system. You do need to double check each point in the system.
@kaatchef459811 ай бұрын
In the Netherlands everything is radiant heat and to me it sounds that they want to scam you. Those systems are very reliable. Like EMSpdx says, get the boiler checked out, as the rest is really not something that breaks so easily. In the Netherlands the boiler is something that gets serviced every year as that is the thing that gets most wear, not the rest.

Hot water radiator-based house heating is pretty standard in Europe, it's most definitely not ancient :) Apart from the heater unit itself which generally last 15-20 years, there's not much to break, so I don't see how they want to replace all of it.

Hey Shelby - amateur player here who’s been playing for 14 years. Weird but helpful tip - keep air under your armpits when you hit your groundstrokes especially FH. Sounds strange I know - but it keeps you from squeezing your arms/elbows too close to your body and gives your shot more strength and length. Glad you’re having fun - tennis as an awesome sport!

The problem when you are a landlord, you can't delay on these types of repairs so won't get the best prices. Most important to get fixed quickly and correctly. Tenants can't be without heat and hot water for the week.

That's so ironic you just put this video out, bc I got a message from a tenant of mine this week about furnace & A/C system both not turning on :/. First contractor to look at it tried to sell me a brand new everything (~$15,000), second contractor to look at it said the cause of the issue was a high limit switch that only flipped bc of closed registers and a very dirty filter, other than those minor things, everything is "good to go"... obviously about to have a third contractor look at it bc it's crazy how WILDLY different the opinions can be on that stuff (especially when you the owner aren't physically on-site to talk with the contractors)

Regarding the heating system, I saw someone already commented on it but yeah those are super common here in Europe. I know nothing about heating but I can’t imagine it would be that expensive to be fixed.

My abdomen muscle was ripped over a 4+ inch apart plus 4 hiatal hernia repairs bcus I had them all rip through the mesh. I’m super frustrated cuz I can’t find a plastic surgeon that will do it as medical & not elective. The reason for the tummy tuck is to hold all the surgeries and it won’t ever rip apart again! I did have to pay an electrician to wire them on a separate breaker. I couldn’t run both of them at the same time. It would cause a breaker to stop working.
