Miss the 'almost supernatural', but universally palpable 'power' one gets when making sequential turns during 'multi-bus moves'. For me, at least, the only thing that came close, was double-clutching into a flawless downshift, with that 8v92-T/Fuller 5 Speed manual gearbox, on the 96 A we purchased in the late 1980's. I was actually talking to someone about their tesla, etc... mentioned your electric experience across the US and they actually responded "oh was that peoria charter and motorcoach world?" apparently their dad had been a driver for many years for your company. Dang, y'all got some new H3-45 too?? Don't get me wrong I do love my older MCI D models but the H3 are growing on me.. Currently I drive an 07 with a DD60 / ZF Astronic transmission. Not only does it run good, it sounds great too.

I watch your videos a lot, and it helped me with getting my CDL Class B this past summer. I was thinking about calling up different coach companies and seeing if they'd be willing to hire me for Summer 2024. I'm 20 years old (will be 21 by Summer since I know companies usually require 21 for interstate travel); in your experience have you seen stuff like this happen?

It took a team a very dedicated people to make this video. The drivers did the driving, the management staff arranged the drivers. My friend and colleague Albert helped film and get drone shots. I coordinated everyone, filmed with my cameras and did the editing. 😊

What's the deal with having 2 logos Peoria and Signature? Also I noticed Peoria used to get MCIs and now you are switching to Prevos ?

We have partnered with signature transportation group. So the buses that we keep up in Chicago have both logos, and signature buses have both logos. We still have many different make and models of motor. For this video shoot we wanted to use the newest buses in our Fleet which were the Prevost h345

They likely are taking a generic approach. In other words don’t favor one builder or another. Given the order backlog, you have to jump at the chance or make do without any buses you may need. Personally, I like the standardization idea. That way everybody is used to the same things. Of course the day variety is fun too but it’s a pain. See nothing in this world is perfect is it?😩

I’ve been a delivery driver for the last 38 years (none CDL) but I have it too good. I often think about driving motor coaches perhaps part time. I appreciate the kind words James.

@@crabbymilton390 Most of our drivers start their motorcoach career at your age. They come in without a CDL. We Pay and train people who want to drive a coach with no CDL. Keep it in the back of your mind.

@@jeffherdz They all have their fine and bad points. You can certainly concur that PREVOST MCI and VAN-HOOL are better than an over the road version of a FOREST RIVER family of builders. Perhaps James will do a review of those if his company has any of those.
