This is criminally underrated. This was well done. I was looking for some of this myself. Now, the question I have is, is this based on the world records? Because some numbers, like the Charmanders, with the large number and the calculations involved in their relative maximum potential sizes, are nearly impossible to be certain of the maximums. Some, like Muk, are very clearly and demonstrably maxed at a certain number.

@@mentaya11 The chart was based on world records at the time. Some people have found better scores in the last couple years with New Pokemon Snap causing a resurgence of interest in the original N64 game. (For example Bulbasaur is now 5910 from 5800 thanks to getting a slightly different angle on the "triple bulbasaur dance" in River.) The official world records now separate pokemon that appear multiple times by region. This increases things from 63 world records to 118 world records. Without sitting down and watching the entire playthrough to find the photo for each pokemon for each region to compare to the entire 118 list (hours of time I don't have to spare at the moment, unfortunately) this is the best I can offer you. Oh, as an aside.. if you're curious, had Matt submitted his scores to the official leader board for Pokemon Snap, Matt's bulbasaur pic comes in at 116th place. As for the Charmanders, the world record hasn't been improved yet. The WR is still five charmander in the picture, with four looking at the player and the fifth (the focus) eating bait.

One thing to consider is that the money invested in videos like this is significantly less than other videos, say 6 person Minecraft or 6 person GTA. Those type of videos have 6 screens with 6 separate audios they have to sync, go through, and edit. They are paying for 6 people to play and then all of that editing time. In contrast, these Snap videos have one screen, they are only paying two people to play the game, and editing is rather minor. All they have to do is sync up audios and maybe cutout a couple loading screens.
