That’s so great that the old house is down! Sorry it’s frustrating for Jason not being able to do it himself!

Great progress! I had fun watching the last part of the house come down! Kids doing a great job in their gardens. It was fun to see the chicks hatching. I didn’t know you were doing that. How wonderful that you will have a pavilion on the 12’x12’ concrete. It will be great! Kudos to everyone and their hard work!!! Continued prayers for Jason. 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻

Thank you so much for sharing about not wanting to stop gardening to cook! Lol. That was so me last year, and I didn't realize it was so common! That's why my plan for this year is to have a bunch of frozen and canned meals ready in advance to help out. I have until the 1st of June to plant since I'm in Atlantic Canada, so I've still got a few weeks to prepare. God bless!

@@jasonandjulie I think it will be helpful, as long as I can actually find the time and energy to do all that extra cooking and canning, lol. We'll see!

How do you keep onions (and potatoes) so long without them molding? Mine grow mold if we keep them longer than like 2 weeks!

I’m not sure what the secret is. I do make sure it stays low humidity in there. And I do not store them in plastic bags. Maybe those things help?

Jason, I would be so very tempted to walk up to the demo, ask Julie to please hold a crutch, wield the other crutch as a weapon and give the shell a mighty whack to bring it down! Ending with, ". ..and there was joy in Mudville...". Referencing Mighty Casey At The Bat. Julie, If I lived out there, and a friend, would insist you you and Jason take a rest-cation and I would stay with the kids. You two could enjoy a rest period and trust me, the kids and I would have fun!👍👍

Haha yes that would have been satisfying! 😄
