Wow. We miss the apartment. When we started the deck was still being built. There were a few meteor showers during our time there and we would pull our mattress out onto the deck and lay there and watch it. Enjoy it. Thats a truly magical place

So excited for you girls I think that when I'm doing my van life when I retire in 2 years... I want to do different modalities of travel... That means to me traveling at a cruise ship or flying to Europe and maybe dune van life over there or maybe doing some train rides but whatever I choose to do I may also get tired of just traveling around and I might rent an Airbnb in case I get travel fatigue so that I can enjoy my van life again so it's all good I love you girls and your channel just always excited to see what you're going to do next

My partner and I traded our corporate jobs and six figures to own a cleaning business! Something most people would not dream of doing. It has afforded us so much more time with our children and grandchildren and her aging parents! Now we are building out our 1993 Chevy G20 van. A lot of people can not believe I chose an old van instead of a 40,000 (used) Mercedes van. I believe “Christine” (our van’s name. If you know you know😉) has more life to live and we can make memories in her without breaking the bank!! I am thrilled that you guys chose to “recycle” the truck camper and the truck as well!! My husband and I honeymooned in the area of Jenner. He grew up in Petaluma, so the area was his stomping grounds. I was so taken by the beauty of the area of Jenner, where the mouth of the Russian River meets the Pacific. I wanted to name our first child Jenner. (We didn't name either of our children Jenner.) Years later we did our annual July 4th camping trip for a week at Salt Point. We remained in sweaters the whole time! I lived in a few different types of RVs, anytime you can get a break from it is luxury few can appreciate. The salt air makes coffee taste better. I'm currently using my new, pint capacity, stainless stove top espresso maker.

I am towards the end of your video but I’m still not sure what kind of work you’re going to be doing here at this new house? Something you might do to those kitchen cabinets is get a wood cleaner it’s a spray on and you just wipe it off with paper towels. It makes a big difference to an old cabinet, cleans off all the grime and conditions the wood. I did that for my apartment I just moved into because the cabinets were quite old and needed some love and attention. I can’t recall did we get to see what your bathroom looks like?, you know we always like the full house tour

I use a pour over coffee maker, and I love it!! Fun tip - use the regular size cone type filters and not the small ones for the pour overs. It is so much less messy!

my husband hs an old mesh basket for coffee maker that no longer works but he boils water puts coffee in basket puts in bowl big as a cup of coffee does not leave long then picks the baket lets drain and he likes better than coffee maker

We lived in Guerneville and Monte Rio (so close to you in Jenner!) We moved in 2016, but are headed back in July for a visit. My partner and I do a pour- over. We use a ceramic filter in the RV, but when we make coffee outside, we have silicone filters. We LOVE the coffee!

I used to have one of those bean grinders! Change it for a nicer one. My new one makes consistent coffee, and I have it set perfect. It's a krups precision grinder, so not much bigger. I make coffee with a mocca master that I brought over from Europe, but srsly. Start with good beans and a good grinder. Jenna is a lovely place, hope it goes well for y'all 😊

Random thought about a coffee maker would be a Bialetti Moka Express. It's a small Italian stovetop coffeemaker. Another option would be a Clever Dripper.
