Thank you for sharing Winston's story! Rescue pets are the best! I also shared my life with a Maine Coon who lived in a hoarder home. I literally purchased him from the hoarder (supposed reputable breeder) after she gave me a tour of at least 85 caged cats. Then I reported her, and all the cats were removed and hopefully all were stable enough to re-home. Besides a life-long fear of being placed in a crate (which was about the size of the cage he was in), my man was just amazing... best kitty ever. Winston is now living the good life!

Moderate temperatures; thank the California current which keeps the costal regions cooler than the inland areas. Fort Ross is a great area to trek around and see evidence of the San Andreas fault.

Great video as always! Very cool you’re at Fort Ross. We recently moved from FL to Crescent City, CA and stopped at the Fort Ross Store on the long road trip out. If you’re ever this far north, you always have a place to stay or park the truck camper. Cheers!

Also if I wanted to start with just a tent and travel with my car what would be the minimal startup gear I would need.... I do understand that you have to have something that self contained to work in a campground... Oh man what a location ❤️. I would love to be a nomad as well. My question is how do you find these beautiful locations to work from. I’m currently working remotely but once I’m on the road I’ll have to let go of this job as it’s not conducive constant travel. Also how did you train Winston to be so calm in an office. My dog barks at everything including his shadow😂. If he was small it would be fine but he’s a 70 lbs German Shepard husky mix 😅

Have you guys checked out Russian River area ? You are so close it's just 30mins inland or so from Jenner. My gf and i were all over that area in the 90s/2000s. Big LGBT presence w resorts bars and events. It does get really hot there in the summer . Sometimes 10 to 20 degrees warmer than the coast. Great for river floating !

California coast really is amazing! We wish it was that easy! Our legs on our truck camper need to be replaced before we feel comfortable putting all of the weight on them. So for now, we just leave it on.

We are dreaming to live full time in our van. Right now we travel out of our suv.. but our dream is to travel full time out of a van. I’m so scared to take a leap of faith and quit my job.. How do u guys land these jobs on the road. We have looked at a few web sites but what do u guys recommend.. we are headed on a 30 day cross country trip we may stay longer.. are there jobs you can commit to for just a few days or are the jobs usually a longer commitment?
