After getting burnt out from too many rallies last year, I'm finally ready to go back out and camp, but I'll wait for warmer weather. On a side note: I would highly recommend using a tablecloth when eating or cooking on campground picnic tables. People put some nasty stuff on them.

Glad to see you back on the road, we camped at Blue Springs the weekend after thanksgiving and brought all of our leftovers to warm up and reheat, it was great! Somehow I knew you'd go to one of the wonderful Florida springs for your first camping trip. Blue Spring won't let you swim this time of year because of the Manatees so I'm sure Amber might be slightly bummed but it's a great camp area and of course the Manatees are worth it.

We can’t stay away from the springs when we are nearby! There’s just nothing like them. We were able to swim with the manatees last summer, but we knew that we weren’t able to get in during the winter when there are so many. It makes sense, but I promise I wouldn’t touch them 😉
